The method used to develop the system include Macromedia Dream weaver which interacts with the database which was designed using PHP, a server side scripting language designed specifically for the web, MySQL 5.0.1 and workbench for creating the Database design. PhpMyAdmin 2.8.2 was also used to provide an interface with MySQL. PhpMyAdmin provided ease for the use and manipulation ofMySQL, Web Browsers Fire Fox 2.0.0.1, Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Explorer 7 were used to test and display results.
