ABSTRACT
The purpose of the thesis is to examine the Effect of Motivation  on  Workers Productivity in an Organization, using Uniben Enterprises (Waters) as a Case Study. The thesis incorporated a-study that was conducted to find   out   the   workers   attitudes   towards   adequate motivational incentives and the types of problems commonly being experienced by the employees in the organization. In. the thesis, hypotheses ;ere formulated and tested. The literature review comprised of relevant papers, journals, unpublished and published textbooks, written by known authors, which help to strengthen the issues raised. Questionnaires were developed and administered. random selection of eighty (80) questionnaires
