Abstract This research focused on establishing the contributions of procurement risk analysis and contract management in an organization, using a case study of Saalamin Company in Somalia. Risk is the exposure to loss as a consequence of uncertainty. Risk is unavoidable in public procurement and exists at each stage in the procurement process. Good practice in public procurement involves putting in place measures to understand and manage these risks. The research focuses on the various literature of different authors and expounds on the gaps that exist in their research findings and how various procurement risks analysis can be contained or overcome in the organizations, the research further focuses on the relationship between procurement risk mitigation and contract performance in Saalamin Company Limited. The methodology was also well set and versed with the research objectives in order to enable the researcher gather data for the final report. Chapter four presents the research findings as presented in tables, the findings are based on the three objectives of the research and conclusions and recommendations with summaries are provided to the concerned parties in chapter five.
