ABSTRACT Staff Records Management System is meant to capture stores, update and produce reports of all the Directors, staff and leave reports at Kampala international university's western campus. It’s in due course because of the problems incurred due to storage of data in a paper system like; data loss, misplacement, disclosure of confidential data to unauthorized retrieval, and others. It, therefore, calls for security for the data by design for computerized database systems and will generate reports.
