An overview
The growth and development of any establishment or institution especially a local government outfit are largely dependent on the people’s notion and attitude towards it. Hence, public relation as a management tool plays a relevant part in enhancing good relationship between an organization and its public as well as building a good image for the establishment. It is with these thoughts that the research was carried out on the topic ‘’Nigerian workers perception of the Relevance of Public Relations to Local Government Administration, a case study of Ughelli North Local Government Area Delta State”
In carrying out this research project, the works of public relation experts was reviewed; questionnaires and interview were used to collect information.
