Abstract
The study examines strike action and trade union(s) objectives. The effectiveness of role of strike action can be measured in terms of the extent to which the employees’ objective and affects its objective rate. The main objective this study is to probe strike action as a means of achieving union objectives from the management, to determines the tools for achieving union(s) demands, to identify the causes of strike and also to find out the tools for achieving unions demand from government, of National Teacher Unions will be used as a case study.
