ABSTRACT
Some Organizations see communication as a normal routine of daily organizational activity. This study set out to explore ‘the impact of effective communication on organizational performance with NOUN as case study with 53 sample size selected at stratified random sampling. The study finds that: the extent to which communication techniques affects productivity in NOUN is high. (X2c = 40.8 > X2t = 9.49; α = 0.05)..Similarly, the extent to which communication channel affect efficiency in NOUN is high (X2c = 53.6 > X2t = 9.49; α = 0.05). It shows that effective communication as a greater impact on organizational performance. Hence it recommended that, Organizations should device effective channel and technique of communication.
