ABSTRACT
This study has been undertaken in order to examine the effect of a procurement depart on service delivery of an organization under a case study of Crown Beverages The study was carried out on 20 respondents who are employees of Crown Beverages Uganda. The qualitative research design was used since the quantitative research design would make the research on procurement department and service delivery more complex to understand. In addition, the qualitative research design offered an in depth study of the research. Further the quantitative research design was adopted to develop simple percentages Data was collected using interview schedules. These were supplemented by analysis available and relevant literature. This data was analyzed using frequency distribution tables and simple percentages; the relationship was developed using spearman's rank correlation.
