ABSTRACT
The major purpose of this study was to evaluate improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the OTM graduates through the acquisition of ICT skills. The design of the study was an opinion survey research. The population consisted of 50 respondents, made up of 15 OTM staff and 35 students in Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro. The simple percentage was used to analyse the research questions. The major findings of the study  were that ICT skills are vital for OTM graduates as any deficiency  in this course  would invariable affect their duties as a secretary in the office. The study equally revealed that modern laboratory, good working equipment are needed for effective learning of ICT skills. However it was discovered that the cost of acquiring ICT (Computer) and skills is expensive. Necessary recommendation were also made.
