ABSTRACT

The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility is the continual commitment by business to ethically contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of its internal and external stake holders which includes: employee, community, the general public, government etc. the objective of the study includes the examination of the extent of their involvement in the concept of corporate social responsibility From the total population of hundred (100) a sample size of 80 was arrived at using Taro Yamani formula.  The result revealed that this company have contributed infinitesimal amount of their gross earnings in social responsibility.  Thus, they need to increase their involvement in social responsibility to boost their reputation.  A view to recommend the strategy importance of being socially responsible to all the stakeholders they include improve public image of the company, improve stock price and solving social problem among others.
