ABSTRACT
Research studies in the recent times have indicated continued failure of organisations, firms and company as a result of many factors. It was also observed that management as the life wire of any business has majorly led to the winding up of this business entities sequel to the decisions and actions of the managers who control its day to day operations.
In many organizations today managers fail because of lack of managerial skills, and lack of communication between managements and workers.
They cannot escape the trend. But study research and development gives the clue on how best to find lasting solution to any failure that arises in business organization today- thus the need for this work.
However failures amongst managers can be eradicated when the right work attitude, business principles and organisational objectives are employed.
This research work like every other is done in the normal five chapters of a degree research work indicating all the necessary sections.
The sources of data were from both primary and secondary modes of data collection.
Based on the data collected and analyzed, some findings were made which was preceded by conclusion and recommendations. Suggestions were also made for further studies. Summarily from the questionnaires administered and data collected which were analyzed and interpreted it has been generally interpreted that causes of managers’ failure in businessis as organization cannot get the best out of their workers or reach to their target because of how managers implement organizational polices and procedure in Nigeria business sector.
