ABSTRACT
 
 The study was conducted to ascertain the management of stress among female manager in power Holding Company of Nigeria Plc. the need for carrying out this research into know heads to stress, and to manage the stress by female managers in the organization. In carrying out the research, primary and secondary data was collected and the respondent were the employee of the organization with female workers with the highest population.  The following findings was found in the process of performing the research.
 - The degree of stress is higher in women 
 - Women should have sufficient rest to be able to manage the stress they face.
 - The stress on them should be kept on minimal level.
 Based on the findings the following conclusion was drawn.
 - That they should be encouraged with some welfare scheme.
 - They should provide some techniques or ways that can help in the reduction of stress.
 - They should encourage them to always try to do less jobs as to avoid stress.
