Understanding organizational performance in the construction industry has become more critical due to the stiff competition in the market. This has necessitated the need for learning, invention, innovation, flexibility and how to manage change and knowledge in the construction industry are also some of the critical issues that necessitate attention to the organizational Performance in the construction industry today. There has been continued growth of the need for adoption strategic management strategies such as the effects of organizational value drivers in the administration of companies and business entities. This study sought to investigate the effect of organizational value drivers on the performance of construction industry in Kenya. The study identified organizational value driver’s components including; organizational structure, robust designs, cash flow and technology and their effect on performance of construction companies. The study adopted the use of descriptive research design, because it will depict the participants in an accurate way and will describe people who take part in the study. The target population included a total of 250 staff working in construction companies within Nairobi City County, where a sample size of 50 respondents was selected to take part in the study. A structured questionnaire with close-ended questions was used as the primary tool for data collection. The study used measures of central tendencies to present the respondents views. In addition the study utilized regression analysis to assess for existence of relationship between the independent and the dependent variables. The study found that organization structure wields significant influence on the performance of construction sector, with an inherent strong positive association. The findings also indicate that robust designs wield significant effect on the performance of construction section sector in Kenya. The study established that cash flow plays an important role in the scope of financing for the construction projects hence wielding massive influence on performance. The study found technology to wield significant impact on the construction sector through influencing the levels of operational efficiency and productivity. The study concludes that, organizational value drivers factors such as organization structure, robust designs, cash flow and technology wield significant influence on the performance of construction companies in Kenya. The study recommends construction companies to adopt modern structural organizational arrangement in allocation of duties and responsibilities along specialized organizational departments. The study recommends for the integration of proper techniques in the development of project designs to maximize on operational efficiency. The study recommends for integration of sophisticated financial procedures in accounting processes to enhance financial management. The study finally recommends for the integration of modern technologies across all the operations in the construction sector to enhance quality standards and operational efficiency.
