PROPOSAL

The primary aim of the project is to throw more light on the impact of formal and informal organization structure types of formal and informal organization structure and usefulness of formal and informal organization structure.

The formal structure organization is when human interaction, job expectation rules and procedures etc are clearly stated and followed.

The Impacts of formal structure in an organization is:

a. To establish efficient and lobibal pattern of interrelationships among members of the groups.

b. To secure advantages if specialization where by optimum utilization of talent can be realized

c. To co-ordinate activities of the component in order to facilitate the realization of the goals of the organization 

Informal organization could be defined as any joint personal activity without joint purpose.

The impact of informal organization is:

a. For companionship, interaction and to share experience

b. For security and protection of member from threats and outside aggression

c. To advance position and work for the benefit of member. And this is usually accomplished through solidarity.

d. From communication to member of facts and humors about events at the job place.

The chapter one of the project is focused on the historical background of the project follow by the introduction, the definition of organization formal and informal organization the statement of the study and objective of the study scope of the study and definition of terms.

In chapter two of the project, discussion is based on literature review, the importance difference exist in formal and informal organization merit and demerite of formal and informal organization.

The chapter three of this research work discussed the research methodology also touches the method of survey and sampling method.

The chapter four of the research consist of data anlysis of data presentation.

In chapter five of this finding shall comprise the summary of the findings conclusions and recommendation
