ABSTRACT The study is sought to establish the general introduction, statement of the problem, scope of my study, objectives, literature review, methodology ,findings ,organizational layout, conclusion and recommendations; In regards to the legal frame work of the law relating to unfair termination in the Labour Industry in Uganda and is driven by three objectives. The first objective is to give a general over view on the rights to work under the legal and institutional fi·amework in Uganda, second objective is to identifY how the courts have tried to enforce and implement the legal framework on unfair termination in the Labour Industry in Uganda, and thirdly to find the possible solutions way forward and conclusion of how to improve the Legal Framework on Unfair Termination in the Labour Industry in Uganda.
