The major concentration of this research activity will be on “ the impact of computer application in computer students result” this research will determine the impact generated from the use of computer in compiling the result of students of federal college of education Zaria in order to know the best method to apply. In order to achieve this, questionnaires were administered and interview was conducted as well as the findings in this study entails that computing students result using computer  is most preferable method in compiling the result compared to the manual method which always encounter one problem or the other. The application of computer has helped to solve many problems in compiling result such as: Proper record keeping, information dissertation and accurate presentation. Irrespective of the merits, certain problems are often encountered when compiling students result either manually or otherwise the problems includes. Text error, power failure etc. in regards to these problems there is a proffered recommendation that is made in the study such as Provision of adequate working materials, provision of more computers, employment of technical man power, provision of generator plants etc.
