ABSTRACT 
No organization does not want to improve its efficiency or work out her output in this close there is need to establish ways of bringing out the best in its employed works. This necessitate the embarking on this study.
Motivation as one of those tools for improving or positioning workers mind to positive realizing the organizational   aims and objectives   is treated in the work.
However the purpose of the project/study include to determine how a staff or employee can best be motivated to increase his performance.  Just as AFRI BANK NIGERIA PLC Enugu main branch was chooses as the case study. The research wanted to find out the extent to which staff of Afri bank have been motivated since her establishment and the effect it has on this sector after utilizing the motivator.
To this and with a view of accomplishing the task the researcher embraced (observation and experiment) and the survey research method to enable me collect precisely the expected in formation 
Perhaps almost every staff pf AFRI BANK improves on his/her activities than ever following been motivated by the organization’s management.  In the other hand withdrawn the work output decrease.
Therefore every organization should deem it importance to motivate the work froce
