ABSTRACT
Productivity is the goal of today’s competitive business world and training can be a spring board to enhance productivity. The realization of these, aimed at depending on how well the manpower training is organized.
The researcher has systematically expository and analytically presented the effect of manpower training on employee productivity taking into consideration symptoms that necessitated training on organization.
The place of training in an organisation, it’s role, methods of their treaining, how it can be evaluated. The researcher also examine training at various levels like operative, supervisory and executive.
The researcher also uses both primary and secondary method in which 75 questionnaires were distributed and 74 were returned. The responds were all tested in percentages and inferences were drawn during the interpretation.
