ABSTRACT
This study is a careful appraisal of income tax management by multinational corporations in Nigeria. The researcher tried to find out exactly the roles of the multinational firms in the economic development of Nigeria with special reference to their income tax management. Whether they are as helpful as they appear to be or whether they are solely responsible for the exploitation of Nigeria as an agent of under development in the country.

The researcher will also make use of secondary data collected from sources like such as related textbooks, Journals, newspapers, magazines, periodical etc. of which the conclusion will be based on the data collected.
