ABSTRACT 
Every modern organization uses Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to capture, transmit, store, retrieve, manipulate and report information used in business processes. In most organization particularly medium and large size one. Information and Communication Technology needs are met through grant information systems. More recently, computer specialists have increasingly recognized that it is becoming increasingly difficult to meet all the information and communication needs of organization. In addition, Information and Communication Technology needs are dynamic and fluid. It therefore implies that information and communication technology are not likely to perfectly meet the needs of organization. However, they are essential for effective performance of organization performance. The existence of global information systems especially the internet has made the world a global village which can be accessed from the tabletops of individuals and organizations, businesses are translated via the internet, sand goods are purchased through the internet, thus making existence easier for the benefits of more interesting. This project is embark upon for the benefits of ICT personnel in Nigeria organizations, especially banking officers and managers, all categories of Nigeria ICT system uses in Nigeria organization and some of the key issues the banks are grappling with the universities itself being  citadel of learning still also benefits from this research work. This researcher recommends that government should resume it budgetary allocation to the ICT. This is necessary because of information. The failure is on the part of the government, the policies sometime present Information and Communication Technology from securing fund in the capital market. Government should emerge the information and communication technology so that it can encourage foreign ICT companies to cater into joint venture agreement with local firms not only in the area of manifesting of existing brands but also in local facilities.
