ABSTRACT
The objective and aim of this dissertation is to examine the identification of the effects of poor office environment on the performance of officer workers in Enugu North Local Government Council in carrying out this investigation, some research question were formulated. The researcher use simple percentage as the method of analyzing the data collected. The whole population was studied because if small in number which is (50) fifty.
The data for study was collected through the use of questionnaire. The finding made was that in equipping the office with good lighting, phone systems and technology necessary to compel critical tasks it will make. Base on the findings the conclusion made was that a clear environment plays a vital role on workers motivation. Base on the findings and conclusion, it was recommended that management should provide an environment which is pleasant, comfortable and conducive to good working habits.
