ABSTRACT

The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of work-life conflict on job satisfaction. The study was to study the relationship between work flexibility and job satisfaction. The descriptive survey research design was used because the whole population cannot be effectively studied. For the purpose of this research three banks was selected. A sample of one hundred (100) staff was selected using non-random sampling technique, the data collected from questionnaire was analyzed with statistical package for social science (SPSS) using correlation coefficient at 5% level of significance. The findings revealed that there is a relationship between work flexibility and job satisfaction. The study recommended that organization should provide flexible work hours and parental leave to employees.
