ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research work is to evaluated how manpower training programme contribute in aiding management in achieving the organizational objectives or goals. It is equally believed that recommendations of this research work will be useful to most business organization especially Emenite Niger Limited Enugu. This research work was presented in three chapter. Chapter one, deals with the introduction which contains. The background of the study brief history of Emenite Nigeria Limited Enugu; inclusive is the statement of the problem and definition of important terms chapter two, deal with the literature review while chapter three treated the research design and methodology. Presentation and analysis of data was treated. In chapter four while chapter five treated the summary of findings, recommendations and conclusion this research work was undertaken as a result of the poor performance level of many business organizations. It intends to find out why such poor performance level exists and how manpower training programme could contribute in solving the problem, since survival and continued growth of business organization on depends mostly on the employee/ workers.
