ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to find out the degree problems of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science (A case study of College of Education Ekiadolor). The study was also aimed at find out the problems of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science and ways of creating a long lasting solution to the problems. In carrying out the study a questionnaire was administered to students in their respective departments. The data collected from students were analyzed and interpreted from the findings it was recommended that.
1. Students should prepare hard for examination so that they can have a firm grip of all that was taught them.
2. They should also involve themselves in more research work problem of information communication technology (ICT).
3. Parents of guardians should be conscious and respect their primary responsibilities, which include encouragement, financial and spiritual responsibilities.
4. Lecturers should pursue their jobs with more sense of commitment and moral responsibilities
5. Conducive teaching and learning environment with problem of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science.

BACKGROUND TO THE STUDY
Since the turn of the country emphasis has shifted from the literary arts to the development of science and technology therefore all the problem facing the student’s education in the world today that of implication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science in Nigeria Education system and college of Education Ekiadolor Benin in-particular is the most crucial one all over the world the problems of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science has a negatives signals in the educational system because most of integrated science students are not computer literate this will automatically affect using information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science.
Integrated science is valuable course that needs to asses student’s interest in educational system and interacting approach to earth-space this science course is a hand on class, which have money labs which involve precision and accuracy it is extremely important that the ministry of Education should properly investigate those implication of using information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science in the higher education area mostly college of Education Ekiadolor Benin understanding the problem of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science will help to improved our Educational standard.
In most developing countries like Ghana, South Africa e.t.c the problems of poor performance of students in integrated science is very acute and this problem retards the educational growth and economy of these nations
According to kola (1981) problems of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science helps student develop their creative potential as a human being at all stages of life.
STATEMENT OF PROBLEMS
This study intends to highlight the needs and identify the problems of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science in college of education Ekiadolor Benin, Edo state some of the problems of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science are outline.
In most cases, the students do not have good electronic learning materials (science soft ware, mini science laboratory e.t.c) which would boost their interest in studying English Language and guide them in their studies more so; there is also the implication of inexperienced and unqualified integrated science teachers that could boost the interest of the students this implication as state in here should be considered seriously because the ability of the fetor to express himself will further encouraged the students to work harder.

This study is aimed at the following
1. To find out the degree problems of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science
2. To find out the problems of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science and ways of creating a long lasting solutions to the problem
3. To find out the attitude of students towards their academic performance
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
The significance of this study can only be clearly understood when the purpose for the study and its concern is taken into due consideration the significance of this study is however basically to correct or ameliorate the implications effects and result poor performance of students due lack of interest in integrated science also this research is being carried out for the purpose of understanding the ever relevance of assessment of students’ interest in integrated science
Moreover, this study would bring into limelight the fact that our teachers are agents of knowledge importation therefore; the emphases must also include the attitude of teachers towards their students
SCOPE OF THE STUDY
For the purpose of the study college of Education Ekiadolor Benin has been chosen in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo-State it is specially concerned with the problems of information communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning of integrated science this study also involves the lectures in the selected college i.e. college of Education Ekiadolor-Benin, Ovia North Local Government Area of Edo- State
