Details/Dead Line : my aims and objectives are
1) To determine coliform count in swimming pools
2) To determine parasitic and bacterial load of the swimming pools.
3) To identify parasites and bacteria isolates present in the swimming pools
I will be using standard plate count and membrane filtration techniques for bacteria and concentration by centrifugation, direct wet preparation, iodine preparation and Modified Ziehl Neelsen stain. Am working on 50samples from 5 different swimming pools. I need to submit chapter 1-3 on the 22nd of September and the complete work in two weeks time. Please reply ASAP
