ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivational model on Universal Insurance Company Limited Independent Layout Enugu and their management efficiency.
To guide the study, four-research question were formulated.  A review of literature was done to expose the researcher to what has already been done to ensure sound bases for reviewing books, journals, etc.  A structure of questionnaire was developed and administered by the researcher to 120 respondents.  Percentage were used to analyse data from the research questions findings were made and recommendations based on the findings were also made.
Also discussions, implications of the result, limitation of the study, suggestions for further research and the conclusion were highlighted in the study.
